About Us

A passion for automobiles and customer service is the foundation of what makes Unique Kar Kare “unique”.  We treat your car better than we treat our own. When a customer comes to experience the “Unique Treatment,” they quickly realize that this is no ordinary detailing shop.
From the showroom, to our extravagant “clean room studio,” we are very different from your run-of-the-mill detailing business. It doesn’t matter if you drive a Ferrari or a Ford, you will be treated the same and your car will be shown equal respect and care.

Dan is a self-proclaimed “petrolhead” and has spent the majority of his life pursuing his passion for all things automobiles. Largely a classic German car fanatic, Dan has been a member of multiple chapters of BMW Car Club of America, as well as the Porsche Club of America. He resides in east Tennessee with his beautiful wife, Chelsea (she’s a Disney & Universal travel specialist – check out: https://pages.letsdisney.com/disney-trip-questionnaire-chelsea-lineberger ) and their two sons, as well as their two dogs and two cats – obviously animal lovers as well.

Dan grew up on a small farm in central Virginia where from an early age he was driving anything with wheels that he could get his hands on. Cars have been a passion of his as long as he can remember. Prior to working in the detailing and paint protection industry, Dan worked in commercial sign & graphics as a Project Manager for a few of the larger sign companies in the U.S. After a life-changing and unexpected double organ transplant, Dan shifted his career path to focus more on his family and his passions in life, rather than “just a job.” He is not only the owner,  but the lead technician – so rest assured when we take on a project, it will be done right or not at all.

“I feel so fortunate to get to do what I love and share that enthusiasm with our customers! Every day we get to go into the shop and work with these beautiful machines – many of which are works of art in their own right. For us car enthusiasts, our cars aren’t just a hunk of metal and four wheels. They’re much more than that. We form bonds with our cars. They become integral parts of our lives. It fills my heart with joy to be able to help people care for and protect their automotive “babies.” – Dan Lineberger
